The only way to stay fit and in shape is by eating right and to work out. The first thing to do to stay healthy is to eat right. Eating fried foods all the time or just junk food constantly is not eating right. To eat right you should try eating vegetables and fruit and eat good portions of food instead of massive amounts. Also you should probably eat small amounts of food through out the day then large amounts at one sitting.
If you want to also to keep healthier you can watch your calorie intake, which takes a little bit more effort to watch and keep track of but it is worth it. There are many different things you can do to work out depending on the type of person you are. If you want to work out your shoulders, abs, or thighs a good way to do that is going to the gym. You could also go to the gym every day or every other day to lift weights for a while. Or you could even work out at home if you have a few weights or even somewhere to work out.
If you are more into running you could go running on a path outside or go running on a track at a school by your house or even at some gyms. If you do not have too much time on your hands to do things for yourself you could take your dog for a good half hour walk everyday. Any little form of exercise is better than doing nothing at all. Even swimming is a great way to get in shape. It is something, though, that you have to be dedicated to and keep with. If you would rather stay at home you could watch work out videos and do them at your own pace.
You could even do some yoga if you would rather do a relaxing work out. Now days there are so many different works out plans that you could pick and follow. There are also plans to help you eat healthier if you need help with that. Also if you are not so good at following a work out plan and eating plan they have personal trainers to help you stay on track. It cost for them of course but it is probably worth it cause they can personalize the work out and schedule according to you. It is a great way to keep up with working out.
