7) Stop alcohol, smoking, drug abuse: If you are addicted to any of the aforementioned substances, it would be in your best interests to stop it altogether, the reason being, these substances are rich in toxins, when toxins accumulate in your body with such intensity, it is obvious that you are going to suffer not just from health problems but also from related effects.
